A patented system
The plancha features three side log-loading sleeves — a practical and safe solution for adding logs without the risk of burns and without interrupting cooking. This ingenious feature makes the plancha cooking experience even more enjoyable. The logs burn autonomously, with no need to tend the embers.
In addition, thanks to its nearly enclosed central firebox, the plancha fire pit ensures high-quality wood combustion and therefore produces very little smoke.
